baked or broiled chickens without the bun. Without condiments. Best bet is go to Long John Silvers and order broiled fish. Have the cole slaw and stay away from the hushpuppies. Unfortunately Subway is pretty dead on with thier commercials, their food is healthier, if you are low card then drop half the bun.

Beware of the salads - they're loaded with fat from cheese and dressing, plus often egg. Grilled chicken is a good bet, just leave off the mayo and cheese and avoid the sugary drinks.

Chicken that is unbreaded, take off or don't add the cheese, look for wraps, or deli sands. Eat your meal with water and never super size. Fries will kill you.
