Sounds like you have a rhinovirus and may have a bit of fluid in your ear from the cold you had. You may be coughing a bit more because the inflammation has moved down a bit and because you had nasal drainage into your lungs. If you don't have a fever, and don't have chest discomfort or shortness of breath, try keeping yourself hydrated; keep the air in your bedroom moist with a cool mist humidifier or pots of water placed near the neat vents in your room; sleep up on a couple pillows so your head can drain.
If on Monday you still feel bad, or if you develop a fever or other symptoms, call the doc and get checked out. Otherwise, it sounds like a normal cold which you'll get over within the next few days.

the problems and symptoms u have mentioned reveal that...u are suffering from upper RTI (Respiratory Tract Infection)..usually it is a viral infection but most of the times doctors prescribe anti-biotic medicines for the cure of secondary bacterial infections associated with it (if clinical check clarifies)
u havn't mentioned the temperature level of your fever
flu-virus infections usually comes with high grade fever (101-103/103.5 F) and donot disappear so early as in your case
your persistant cough indicates u might have a little RT infection, not major as your body temperature got to normal level
your ear symptoms is a secondary cause. sometimes nose and ears are felt congested if somebody is attacked with RTI or even minor common cold ,if u have no persistant , acute pain in ear
no need to tention, or get worried.Patients usually suffer much from tentions and worries as WHO 's statistics suggest
but u also be aware of your disease and never neglect or hide any thing to doctor
for your cough and ear problem u can consult an ENT specialist or a Medicine specialist. if u can't afford u can go to the outdoor of any community / govt.hospital or private clinic. But never take antibiotic yourself if u are not a medical professional. Please avoid cold ( foodings and drinkings).
Wish your rapid cure. Take care.
Thanking you.

When in doubt, go see a doc. If you can't afford one, then go to a community center like the first responder stated.

means that you probably have some type of flu virus. treat your symptoms, drink lots of fluid, and see the doctor if you're not better in 2 weeks.
