Obsession? I have OCD and obsess around social situations. I'm not entirely sure what you are asking though. Obsession can just be an extreme love (like anime for a few friends of mine XD)

I think anybody can be obsessed at one time or another during their life. Maybe with another person, or if they get into a bad habit they can't shake. OCD can cause this feeling, there is treatment for it available.
