i think my digital camera did something like this but i dont have it or the instructions on hand right now so is this possible like hooking it up to the tv using a cord that came with it (i think mine had this) andrecording
just thought this would make it easier for taking things off video games and putting them on youtube or something without the video being all choppy

It should be possible as long as the camera has audio and video input jacks, and you get cables to connect the TV's outputs to it. Then you can copy the recording to your computer from the camera (use google video, it's better than youtube)

No. Not unless it has S-Video OUTS and your camera has S-Videos INs.
