Sorry, there is no way to reduce fat on specific parts of the body. When you do aerobics and weightlifting, the entire body looses fat. Just do aerobics daily and throw in some weekly heavy lifting. Include time and patience and the fat will go away.

Swimming is a full body exercise...it works on your entire body not a specific part of it. I wouldn't worry about it making your chest smaller. More muscular? Yes...but again, to the entire body. It burns alot of fat and calories, it makes your feel more energetic afterwards. If you're wanting to add more muscle tone to your chest there are weight techniques you can use to make it smaller but more defined. Best thing is for you to do is go to your local gym and ask a trainer for advice :)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

For Your arms you can always do tricep push-ups, but your neck is harder to reduce fat from but workin other parts of your body will help reduce all of your body fat, just the part that you mean to b workin will lose the most

you could try a sport. I do gymnastics its a great way to lose wight, and with a good diet it would be even better
