Is Pseudovent a decongestant?

yes it is and also an expectorant. I was recently put on it while I had a sinus infection. You MUST drink plenty of water with it to help thin secretions.
I also experienced dizziness while taking it and also my heart beat faster, so dont take it if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition.

Pseudovent is a combination of Guaifenesin,Deromethopran, and a Decongestant
