No- anorexic is a disease. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat RIGHT and exercise. You HAVE to eat, period, but WHAT you eat is up to you. Talk to your doctor about it- and start eating as healthy as you can. THAT will help you lose weight. And exercising will also help you lose all that weight. Don't just stop eating. That's a terrible way to lose weight, and it'll affect you down the line.

first off you dont wanna be anoxeric!! and sorry to bust your bubble if you fast for two days then switch back and forth its not gonna help make you lose weight. trust me. ive tried every diet ive ever heard of. and with this your body is used to eating nothing, and eating little is not gonna make you anoxeric but very sick. you should have a balanced routine so it doesnt go up and down. yo-yo diet. by the way im just suggesting if you put a lot of fruits and veggies in your diet that helps a lot and curve hunger. and just eat some carbs and other stuff too. just eat the junk food a little less. but also if youre really wondering how you can lose weight (without being anoxeric) id check with your doctor. because people are built differently and also diets differ from person to person. or you can go on with your little diet plan and end up in the hospital in the next month or so. good luck! please dont go through with your little diet plan.

First of all, you dont ever want to be anorexic. You can lose weight if you just eat 3 small meals, low fat, of course, and no junk food. In between meals, have a small snack. If you stop eating, then your body will go into starvation mode and you wont lose any because your body will try to store fat. Another important thing is exercise. You cant lose weight if you dont exercise, and no pop or candy, cakes, etc. I done this diet before, and lost 9 lbs. the first month. You HAVE to eat though, ok?? first of all u have what they call curves. them other little girls are just skin and bones. ok u shouldnt want to lose weight just because your friends are skinny. u should want to lose weight because you want to. and u should not want to be anorexic because anorexic girls are not that attractive. also if u want to lose weight u should go on a healthy diet. u should just do a little exercise and than work your way up. also eating healthy. i mean u aint got to cut everything out just eat ur sandwhiches on wheat bread. also start eating fat free food. another thing some people just think they are fat but there really not. so u should get some of ur friends or peoples opinion. just dont do it that way do it the healthy way because becoming anorexic is very dangerous and u are putting your life at risk.

did u know u can make urself gain weight even faster by starving urself? ur body thinks its in time of famine so it holds on to every bit of fat that comes by. i knew a few formerly anorexic girls in school and they were all heavier than what they would have been if they hadnt been anorexic...i also knew a few anorexic girls that looked like hell (and were total b*tches...aside from makin u skinny enough to have a heart attack, anorexia puts u in a real bad mood sometimes it seems). all in all, its not worth it. do what works...lower the amount of calories u consume each day, and increase the number of calories u burn each day. this way is so much better and so much more reliable. if u gain weight, know that u r gaining muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat, increasing ur metabolism n letting u burn more calories and create more muscle which burns even more fat. also it is not going to get u put into a rehab for anororexic girls, or worse, the grave...be smart, just work out and eat smaller portions.

I don't think you want to be anorexic, I think you just want to be thin like your friends. Being anorexic is a disease, and it's absolute torture for anyone who has it. It takes over your thought processes and it's all you can think about; you spend your days thinking of nothing but food and what kind of lies you can tell your parents so that you don't have to eat. You're constantly weak, losing your hair, and feeling faint. You lose control and eventually your ograns start to shut down on you, and you get very sick and have to be admitted into a hospital. You will never be able to have children, either, because your body is so desperate for nutrition that it can never recover.
If you want to be thin like your friends, just replace most of the foods you eat with fruits and vegetables; they're really filling and have hardley any calories! Exercise regularly, too. Believe me, you will lose weight, but you will still be healthy. If you compare yourself to others, you will ALWAYS find something about yourself that you find to be substandard. Love yourself for who you are, and if you choose to improve yourself, do it for YOU and no one else. Take heart, and love yourself!

this method you want to take in your question will make you skinny, so only take it you want to be skinny for three years then die of over skinnyness. Im naturally skinny so i dont know if this will work but you could try it. Im always figiting, I cant sit still. sometimes in school ill subconciously do figure eights with my foot, or just make up a shape and repeat it dozens of times, but dont I dont only figet with my foot I fidget all the tine, I never exercise and I eat normal, but I would recomend never stop moving, or fidgeting, (I think this might help becuase once on the radio I heard that people who figet weight less then people who dont.)

I have anorexia and I know how it is. I am stuck with it and I cannot stop myself. I am about 4'10 and i'm down to 70 pounds and i'm only 12. Eventually, adults are going to realize I have a problem and i'll probably be in rehab by high school. Do you want that? Don't get whirled into anorexia, I did, and I have discovered that theres no way out.

You will not get skinny being anorexic you will get sick and possibly die from it. Eat 3 HEALTHY meals a day with smaller portions and eat a healthy snack between meals to keep your blood sugar level. Get some regular exercise and concentrate of toning you body.

You can't force yourself to have anorexia. It is a mental health condition. You either have it or you don't.
