NO! It's right up there with chocolate on the poison list. No grapes and no raisins. Look at the website for other toxins:

Recently , I've been reading that grapes contain a substance that can kill dogs. Before this I'd hand my dogs a few grapes (after cutting them in half so as not to choke them) from time to time. I don't do this anymore although I never noticed them doing my dogs any harm. It may depend on the individual dog to as how much toxins they can stand. To be safe, I'd advise not feeding any grapes at all.

I just read this in an article in a magazine my vet sends out - you know the kind that real estate agents and services send out for customer care/advertising. I have fed my dog grapes through the years - as I ate them - I'd give him the smooshed one's and it's always funny to watch him try to eat them. But yeah, according to this article grapes or raisins can cause liver damage. I suppose it would probably take more than one smooshed grape to do it - but - well since reading this article, I made sure to tell my family - no more grapes for the little guy.

No, I had heard that grapes cause kidney problems for dogs (raisins too.) But I wasn't sure if it was just a rumor so I looked it up on snopes.

I really would love to know why you would want to feed your puppy grapes. Or is this just a gimmick to get people reaction ..Just was wondering why anyone would want to feed their dogs grapes. Since you ask this question I thought maybe you would be the one to tell everyone why you would want to do this,
**************adding here*********************
The reason I ask you this was because I couldn't figure out why would anyone give their puppy something that was harmful to their puppy.. Grapes are very harmful along with Avocados, chocolate, coffee, all forms, Garlic, Raisins, Macadamia nuts, Alcoholic Beverages, slat , fatty food, Xylitol ( gum, candies or other foods sweetened with) Tea leaves and Raw yeast dough. I am sorry if i step on toes here but question like this is just common sense . I wonder if they have the best thumb down thingy here lol.

DOGS & RAISINS-----toxic Even if you don't have a dog, you might have friends who do. This is worth passing on to them.
