as time goes on that limit stretches past boundaries we believed would never be crossed.

You can only do as much evil as the possibility that exists for evil exists!
In other words, you can't murder more than all the people on this planet.
You can't steal more than exists!
You can't do but just so much before you die.
Yes, there are limits!

All of us have evil within us, but a person's 'evilness' is met with the strength of his will to act on it, so there really isn't any limit.

That would depend on the person. If they have no caring for others then I guesss there are no limits to what bad things a person can do. The limit is whatever we allow our conscience to tell us not to do. If we listen to that and our heart ,full of the teachings of Christ it will not go very far. If we donot care then the sky is the limit.

There is an unlimited amount of hatred that Satan feels for the followers of God. He knows he only has a short period of time left. So he considers anything goes now. He has been breaking up families and turning our youth into wild beasts of the night.
Soon brother will turn against brother. Children will turn on their parents and will deliver them up to courts and will kill them. There will be no natural affection. But you will know God's people and they will shine as illuminaters in a spiritually darkened world.
You will know God true servants for the love they have amongst themselves.

Take a look at Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot. They plumbed the depths of evil, hit bottom, and started digging.
There's even a Scripture that says people even invent ways of doing evil. (Romans 1:30)

No, technically. However, the most evil people tend to die or be killed at some point, ending their malificent practices forever.
