all spicy food contains a chemical called capsaicin which comes from peppers. It produces a sensation of burning in any tissue it comes in contact with.
But drinking water will not help cool this burning sensation. Only foods high in fat will bind to the capsaicin and neutralize the hot feeling.

Listen! Not all spicey food make you HOT. It's the way you accept it to taste. Mama just add some chili pepper in her stew, and you can't eat it.So why does I may think this matter.

devour a starchy food, alongside with bread, after or along with your fantastically spiced meals. Starchy meals artwork more advantageous powerful than water to take the burn away. in truth, water and different beverages, pretty pop, make it worse.
