Video Capturing?

Does anyone know a video capturing program i can download from a site? i downloaded things like FRAPS and Hypercam but Hypercam doesn't record sound and shows bad quality and FRAPS only records for 30 seconds. oh can i need a free one, thanks.

hypercam is not bad quality... u just have to set your graphics card to 16-bit .
