They are all HORRIBLE for you. If you really want to lose weight. Eat better, drink a lot of WATER, and jog and stay active.

I am sorry but no diet pills are safe...they aren't meant for you. These diet pills won't help you, and they will mess up your system. They are easy to get addicted to, andyou need to be healthy, diet pills can mess with your growth etc. If you want to lose pounds eat right and exercise daily. If you want to lose weight burn more calories than you eat. But that doesn't mean to go overboard on the exercise. Drink lots of water, eat a balanced diet. Variety and balance is the key. Don't eat too much of one thing, make sure you have reasonable proportions. You are still a growing girl whether you like it or not, it is okay to be concerned about your weight, but don't let it rule your life. Be healthy be happy.

There are no safe diet pills at all. They find things wrong with diet pills more and more especially recently.I know many people who have gotten very sick and reported heart problems because of them and most of them are only 25 years old.Whatever you are losing the weight for please see a doctor who can help you with proven medication that may help you and doesn't kill you...good luck
