You should meet up some place and then ask her out in private, not by a chain of friends or in front of a bunch of people.

you have said you met her so that means you 2 know each other - even if just a bit. I totally understand your predicament as thousands of boys go through this. From experience, I have learnt 2 things. If you dont say something, you will never know if she will go out with you or not and the agony of this uncertainity can be very depressing. So, you have to get down to asking her. However, the 2nd thing is you should be ready for a "no". At least then you are prepared for the worst.
Do try and talk to her a bit more before you ask - but do not put so much effort into getting that you wait too long. It does well to sort of know about her and her mindset and try and see if she shows any kind of interest in you when you are talking generally. If she is, then well and good. If possible, ask her in person, but for both your sakes, try and do it when noone else is around listening - like your or her friends. Maybe suggest a movie or something - nothing too fanncy and not hard for her to come to. And dont get too stressed about this - chances are she is just as earger for you as you are for her and just waiting for you to ask. At your age, the worst that can happen is she will say no and even then you may get a friend out of this. And there will many others - and you will become more braver. OR - she may say yes and then that is a whole new ball game.. Good luck!

I am not that experieced with the ladys but here is a tip first write a note that has your fellings for her written in it go to her school dont talk to her give her the note tell her to read it and there.

you should go to her school, go to the main office to ask for her and they will call her down. then you can pull her out of the office and ask her.
it will be really funny/sweet and she will get the idea that you really like her cause you came all the way just to ask

just start taking to her and then ask her if she wants to go for coffee or whatever and thats kind of like asking her out
