I don't really go to Sunday School because it's not something that I enjoy. I haven't been going to this church very long, and I prefer more in depth Bible studies over a little lesson taught by a volunteer that didn't go to school to learn about the history of things written in the Bible that well. I prefer something that is more well-prepared. Sadly, many Sunday School teachers don't take things very seriously and they prepare on the way to church in the car--while driving.

I will be going to the traditional service at 11am. There is an early service, but I would rather go to the 11am because there are more people. Since I am a new member, I want to be able to meet more people. There's a contemporary service at 9am, and one day, I will check that service out. But, for now, I like the traditional because that is the style of worship I enjoy.

Yes, there will be music. There will be hymns and some type of anthem or special music that the choir will do during the time for the offering or right after that. Of course there will be preaching. I don't there is much of a service if there isn't some type of Bible lesson that is going on. For me, it is the the Lenten season. It is a special time of the year. It is a preparation time for Easter. It is a time I reflect on the reason that I need a savior. Humanity is in desperate need for the righteousness of God. However, if I do not believe in my own sins, then I cannot be forgiven for any. In order to be forgiven, I first must believe in sin. March 18th will be the fourth Sunday of Lent. My pastor will be preaching on one of three scriptures according to the lectionary for this week. Joshua 5:9-12; 2 Corinthians 5:16-21; and Luke 15:1-3, 11-32. He will more than likely preach on the gospel because that is what he is focusing on in the weeks of Lent. The psalm for this week is Pslam 32, and in some way, through music, through a greeting, or a prayer, it will be used.

You asked what position someone has. I am a minister. Everyone is a minister in the body of Christ in some way or another. We are to minister to one another. A minister does not have to be a pastor or a teacher. I know you were speaking of a leadership position, but I thought I may add this in here. I prepare for Sundays by being quiet--internally and externally quiet. In the mornings, I don't watch TV or listen to music on the way. I am quiet. I am reflecting on my own spirit and what I need to learn at church that day so that I can grew towards God.

Yes, I'm LDS our meetings are the same everywhere in the world.
We have a sacrament meeting(worship service)in which we open with annoucements ,followed by a hymn, followed by any church business such as confirmations, blessing of children, people receiving callings.
After that we sing another hymn and partake of the sacrament, followed by a lay member or two giving a sermon;maybe another hymn and another short sermon, then the closing hymn; after which we close with prayer then dismiss to go to Sunday school

In sunday school, all over the world,we are discussing the New Testament this year. After Sunday school is dismissed, the adults go to priesthood meeting or Relief Society(for women). Our lessons for those meetings are from the latter day prophets, this year everybody in the world is studying the teachings of the Prophet Spencer W. Kimball.
The current Prophet is studying the same thing that I am.

After sacrament meeting the children ages 3-11 go to primary, where they are taught about the principles of the gospel;children younger than 3 go to the nursery and teenagers go to sunday school as well but they have separate classes.

The teenagers also go to either Young mens or Young Womens while the adults are in Relief Society or Priesthood meeting, the teenagers have lessons that are relevant to them.

I am the librarian, so I have to get to church early, in order to check out media.

Lots of modern music. I don't considering it preaching but our pastor is going through 1 Corinthians. It's more like talking about the Bible and making it relevant to our lives today. I don't "prepare" for Sunday. I try to live up to God's expectations all week. If you do it just for Sunday, well....that's not really being a true Christian. However, I'm not saying I'm perfect. I fault just like everyone else but I try to recognize it and fix it for the next time.

Yes, I will be going to church tomorrow. I am a Catholic, so my church service will be virtually identical to thousands of others all over the world. First the priest will come in with music. Then we have the liturgy of the word, in which three passages will be read from the gospel and the priest will give a homily (sermon). Then we have the right of the eucharist, where everyone goes up to receive the bread and the wine, which are literally turned into the blood and body when the priest consecrates them. Then we are dismissed. (There is a whole lot of other praying, singing, etc., but this is the brief version.)

Yes, I will be going to church tomorrow and every Sunday that I can. Our religion requires us to worship God every Sunday. A priest will be serving Mass and preaching after he reads the Gospel to us.Then he will prepare the Holy Eucharist for those that are worthy of receiving the body of Christ.

If I attend church tomorrow, there will be music, a sermon, and I don't know the subject, and I make no preparation for my attending church. Hopefully, I will learn,or be inspired to be a better person by application of what I hear.
