Walking 30 minutes a day and following a sensible diet will help you lose weight but its a gradual weight loss. Just a 2 hour walk on its own won't help much.

Yes you can but as long as you do it everyday and it doesn't have to be 2 hours you can make it anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour as long as you do it a few times a week and of course a well balanced diet...good luck and i hope you lose the weight you want to lose...Dar

jog dont walk, walking is plenty extra appropriate for fat loss than walking. 30-40mins at 3-5 days a week will do nicely. The extra u ought to exert urself, the extra fat u will burn. walking is barely stable if ur genuine old or genuine obese and u only bodily cant jog. eat unquestionably nutrients for lunch, for some reason human beings tend to think of that only using fact some thing is in bar type that its fit, its no longer. those issues have a lot of carbs and sugars. eat a hen salad or some thing.
