Because I did it once and I'm never doing it again, but some people snort the stuff and like it... Can you get high off them? Will it cause damage to your nose or brain?

My son says he,s done it and it hurts and burns like none other.(whatever that means) but i,ll take his word for it.
i imagine that after awhile of doing it it would cause damage to the lining of your nose. i mean it contains citric acid. and it,s definitely an irratant to skin.

I've never snorted a pixy stix myself but when I was in High School a dork was dared to snort a pixy stix. He said that it didn't sting (his nose) but from the look on his face you could tell it did. He got 5 bucks out of the deal but, I bet, he wasn't stupid enough to try it again!

of course it can do damage - pixie stix are made to be eaten, not snorted
as a general rule, anything can be dangerous when not used in the fashion for which it is designed

I don't get it. Why would you snort anything- let alone pixie stix? Are you trying to be cool? Are you trying to be funnny? Don't you know that in EVERY single town in America there is the town idiot who hangs out with his cool friends and does cool things like snorting pixie stix and getting drunk and passing out? I don't see how it can do much damage--isn't most of it sugar?? Maybe the dye is dangerous...can't really see how it can make a person "high'...
