Okay Basically im 16, 5'7 and weigh 208 pounds
i was pretty much 100 pounds lighter 1 year ago, i was told i was very attractive then but about 6 months ago, i just fell inlove with food. i eat it all the time i go to mcdonalds for dinner nearly every night of the week, i know ive put on alot of weight but i everytme i look at myself in the mirror i dont seem to care because i am that much inlove with food, so i dont care if i get any bigger. i have thought about losing weight but im just not bothered. Should i just keep doing this? What Do i do about it?

**** it until you die lonley and miserable and have a heart attack. at least someone loves you wether it be a double cheeseburger or a man. you made your choice so love with it.
food is filling a void. whatever that void is you must decide. Good luck fatty!

Glad that you've come to your senses. To begin with, supper is the most unhealthy for anybody - young or old. Its best to eat 3 hours before you turn in to bed. Fast foods such as McDonalds are not a healthy choice. If you must snack, prepare some carrot/cumcumber sticks, fruits in your fridge. This would definitely help you stay slim and live healthily. With all this bingeing on fast foods, before long you'll regret your actions. Besides, you may need a new wardrobe and that would hurt your $$$. Be sensible - eat healthy and stay healthy!

stop! the truth is that slender is more attractive than fat. stop going to mcd's first off. eat better and replace sugar with fruit like instead of dessert eat grapes and other fruits. eat less and when you eat, really savor the taste of your food ('this is why french women don't get fat'). eat less and try exercising like jogging or sports. eating spicy foods quickens your metabolism over time so you could possibly get away with eating a lot depending on your body type. something with vinegar supresses appetite for a while.
overall remember food is not love!

STOP GOING TO MCDONALD'S first of all! Start to exercise and eat healthy. You don't have to stop eating unhealthy cold turkey, but wean yourself off junk food. Eat fruits and vegetables. Whole grains. Lean meats, stuff like that.

I love to eat too, but what you're doing sounds unhealthy. How are your personal relationships with others? Is there possibly another reason that you're doing this to yourself? Do you not want to be physically attractive to others for some reason? Think about it.

listen i like food too who doesn't u need it but it can be unhealthy it can cause serious problems in the future. you may also have more serious problems like an eating disorder so i would talk to a parent and a doctor ASAP

Lose the weight now, honey, coz later it gets harder and harder to take off. I know for a fact, it happened to me. I am curretnly losing as I am sick and tired of being fat.
