Normally ivermectin given orally is very effective.

Are you sure it's mange? Have you had a skin scrape done to determine if it is infact mange? Is it sarcoptic or demodex?

A lotion called Triatix ... make sure its mange though

My dad always swore that used motor oil worked. Of course that would only be for an outdoor dog. Call your vet and ask him/her what you should do.
