LEAVE IT ON!!!! You are suppose to leave it on for a while. If you wash it off too soon you could become red, blotchy, and itchy. It is safe to wash it off after like an hour and a half.

YOu are supposed to leave it on.
It is important to shower with a scrub to exfoilate first, then apply the self tanner..
Keep away from ankles, knees & elbows.

You didn't say what kind it is, but most of them are OK to just leave on until the next time you take a shower..........

lol, you leave it on for a while but after like 3 hours its safe to shower if you want to.
