Cardio Cardio Cardio. Thats the fastest way to get rid of the flab. To get you abs toned do 1. Crunches 2. Cross crunches or Bicycles 3. Leg raises ( good for your lower abs, under your bellybutton) Leg raises are where you lay down, put your hands under your hips, and with your feet together, raise your feet as high as you can then lower then back down, but dont do it realy fast.

Slow and Controled is where you will get the best workout

You need to do some cardio to get rid of the fat. Leg lifts are good for the lower abs. And some side crunches you can do those standing and holding a dumbbell. Just let the dubmbell slide down the side of your leg, then crunch to the opposite side.

Do alot of crunches every other day like 3 sets of 50, and do cardio for 4-5 hours a week to get rid of your 'pooch'.

Bodyfat cant be spot reduced - its a whole body process.

sit ups ( where you lift as much of your torso off the floor as possible)
crunches ( where you lift from just your shoulders in a rolling action)
and side crunches( where you lift one shoulder only)
will fix ANY sort of flabiness. start of slowley and try to increase the amount you do by 5 of each everynight.
good luck!!
