The remedy that works for me.. if you remember. In between the drinking, take 2 advil, and in the morning i didn't have a headache. I got that from my mom.
this works if you drink saturday night, on sunday morning or afternoon go to a mexican restaurant and get some menudo. or ir you know someone that knows how to make it..
some people say drinking again helps counteract it... everyone is different. but whatever you do make sure you don't have to work the next day and that you can rest for a while.

Lots and lots of water is good, yes, but if possible drink a sports drink like Gatorade in place of water, those electrolytes make a big difference. This is quite literally the only thing you can do for yourself. Don't be fooled by old wives tales or over the counter products, they do not work. Above all, get some liquid in your system.

Usually when I drink I pop two excedrin before I go to bed. When I wake up the next morning I try to drink a lot of water and eat at least a little bit of something. This has always worked great with me! Hope this helps.

My Hangover Prevention Tips are to force yourself to drink a hell of a lot of water before falling asleep. Take an Advil (preferably not Tylenol). And Take a Multi-Vitamin with B12. Those will prevent any hangover. I've never had one thanks to those tips. Remember. Beer Before Liquor will make you sicker. Liquor Before Beer, Your in the Clear. And never drink on an empty stomach.

Water and rest are the only things that help. I always drink tons of water before I go to sleep, keep a bottle of water next to my bed, and drink more water when I get up the next morning. Try to eat something before you go to bed also.
Coffee and anything with caffeine are bad for you. Caffeine is a diuretic which will make you pee and dehydrate you further.

here are some latin american ones!
and these are serious--ppl do this!
1. rub your armpit with half a lemon
2. blend a cup of chopped pineapple, with a cup of artichoke hearts, and enough olive oil to minimize the chuckiness. swallow as quickly as possible
3. make an infusion of eggplant and sugar: cut up one medium-sized eggplant into cuves and coat with a lot of sugar. add water and heat until it boils for about 5 minutes. allow the mixture to sit for an hour. drink the juice and discard the rest
4. blend two raw eggs with pepper, salt and vinegar. drink it down in one shot
5. pour yourself a glass of tomato juice and then swallow one lamb's eye soaked in vinegar
that headache sounds good now... lol
and here is an concotion to avoid the hangover:
swallow two tablespoons of olive oil then 2 tablespoons of sugar the follow with a big glass of water
these are actually used in latin america!!!

I really don't have hangovers. You need to build your tolerance up. If I did have a hangover, I heard you need to drink a warm beer when you get up. It sounds weird, but it works. Try it!!

if its beer, lots of bread and gatorade or powerade. if its liquor, a hell of a lot of water, and i know this is gonna sound gross, but greasy food helps soak up the crap in your stomach.
take some tylenol (or whatever headache reliever you take) and drink a LOT of fluids. Don't force yourself to eat, but def keep crackers around. i usually get craptastic headaches after a night of liquor or wine, beer i'm usually fine the next day
