Why do out of shape ppl get a personal training certification. i know i wouldnt go to someone that looks like they eat ice cream and cakes all day

there are a lot of certs that can be easily obtained on the web in 2-4 weeks. the rate of pay also commensurates with the effort that it took to get the cert.

maybe they decided to be a personal trainer thinking that it would inspire, encourage or even force them to get into shape themselves. but they failed to realize that no one and nothing can make you lose weight unless you're serious about it yourself and you're dedicated to it. but you know everyone is always looking for an easy way out. you've seen the questions on these boards. about half of them are "how can i lose 50 lbs by next week?"

My personal trainer is smoking! That is why I picked him, cuz he is hot!
