He's not clever. Upsetting a king might end a life. A smart man would have rendered much praise and compliments to the king and humbled himself.

omg! I saw that in a kids magazine once! And I think that's a stupid answer. what are the chances they migrated? unless of course, the seasons were changing at that time. He could have made it more realistic. Unless, of course, he just wanted to be a smartass with the king, in which case, time for an ***-whooping!
