I bought this house that has light blue ceramic tile in the kitchen. I am about to sell the house. Is there something I can do to the tile color it etc.? I dont want to spend the money to replace it or take it down.

Paint it! Sand the tiles first and clean with a product called TSP to remove the dust. Coat the tiles with a product called KILZ. Then paint the tiles the desired glossy color. It's okay to paint the grout too!

I know that you dont want to take it down, but it is quite simple..I just removed ours, it took maybe an hour with a spackle tool, then we went and bought paneling for a resonable price to hang over where it was, then we dont have to worry about sanding down the walls .
