Theres this girl and she wants to study with me every weekend even tho sometimes theres nothing to study? DOes she like me? Is it ok for me to take her to a secluded place and tell her "I think im starting to like u more than as a friend," while holding her hands. THen kiss her on the lips (a peck) and then leave her there thinking about it?

this just recently happened with me...
i think if you really like this girl, offer your house for a study place and make sure ur folks aren't home. Just start "studying" an scoot closer to her. Work your way there, and tell her you like her first just in case. If she says "ditto" or something of the matter, then give her a little "peck."

No, No, No wait a second dont just ask her out! first ask your self does she look at me like she likes me or a friend? Ask her if she is interested in any one. if she says yes ask her if you may know. if you dont have the guts to ask just ask her if you are her type of guy. And if she asks why just say that nobody likes you and you want to find some one to date. And then you could ask her if she would like to go out with you. But before all of that just be nice to her, flirt but dont make it to obvious, and buy her little treats. and hen later you can think about giving her kisses on her cheek and little by little you could start getting closer and maybe she will end up kissing you too.

She might just want to be good friends unless she's flirting. Because friends usually hang out a lot. Don't jump to conclusions just because she likes to hang out with you. I have 3 guy friends and I hang out with them a lot but I don't want to date them and they don't automatically think I want to date them. So you might want to ask her what she thinks before you make a fool out of yourself.
GEEZ what are we supposed to tell you!!?? Everyone says the exact same thing: "go for it" "ask her out" "be romantic" blah blah blah blah blah.
