How do you breathe? Through your noise or through your mouth?
Breathing through your mouth only could be part of the problem.

Have yourself checked for diabetes or sinus infection for the sore throat, weakness could be many things but I finally figured out thats what caused me to feel weak all the time. Usually low blood sugar or high blood sugar. Get checked out.

It could be 'exercise-induced' asthma. If so, your doctor would prescribe an inhaler for you, such as Albuterol. Make an appointment asap. Exercise should be invigoration and healthy, not debilitating.

I have to use an inhaler when I excercise (walk) in cold weather or very humid/hot weather.

You might want to see a doctor and find out if you have mono. Or it could be allergies.
