like do u think we should give them money but ask for something in return? what r ur opinions?

Yes, There are many students out there esp in developing countries who need education... those that cannot afford it can benefit from the aid given and become useful citizens back in their own country...

Providing them with financial support is one method US can do to help the developing nations..

A lot of people who are here that are not citizens have permenant residency or a student visa.. so they have rights to be here just like anybody else.. And if they choose to get an education to better themselves.. then YES students who dont have a US citizenship should recieve aid.

The biggest obstacle for people who want to be successful in this country is paying for a higher education. So I feel that our country should focus on getting our own young people through school before we consider non-citizens, peroid.

I think we need to help the students who are citizens first. In Alabama, we do not have the lottery to pay for college. It sucks. I'm graduating in May and I don't know if I can afford to go to college.

Education is Education if we can help someone out in need of money,They might help us out one day in the future

no...they shouldnt...unless they become a citizen..its their privilage to go to our schools..its our privilege to go to their schools. thats enough..
