How is your diet? Outside of the coffee. Surely you can't expect to have proper nutrient intake without a proper diet! It works like this...Ever heard of eating five to six small meals a day? What this does is keep your body supplied with the energy it needs to optimally(key word) function. When we eat, the proper foods that is, your body gets its energy. This energy comes about through digestion and metabolism(converting food into energy), which gives us our "go". After that is used up we must resupply to give us more "go". Hence, five -six small meals throughout the day, usually every three hours. Small meals are 1 egg, english muffin, handful of grapes, OJ......Yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup fresh brochalli, water...fresh garden salad(ping pong paddle portion size), apple juice...you get the idea. Over indulgence will make you tired and lead to improper digestion( spare tire) and cause you to gain unwanted weight(body fat), because what is not burned for energy goes in the trash;) or in the file cabinet(spare tire). Lastly, EXERCISE! Sleep 8 hours, eat energy foods, EXERCISE, don't over indulge, EXERCISE, be active. I'm a personal trainer w/ Bally's in Southfield, MI. Hope this helps;)

that could be a medical condition(even a serious one). If you are not dreaming than that is a signal that you are not hitting a deep sleep or REM. sometimes people just are just stressed out and it runs through the brain even after you fall asleep. you can try(I'm not a doctor, but I play one on Yahoo) cold medicine for a day or too, before you see a doctor, and if you live in Canada, just smoke a joint. although if you live in the US, I found it very hard to sleep in jail.

No wonder. 24 hours? You slept WAY too much. That will make you feel even worse. 6-8 hours is the MAX.

become more physically active. The more you sleep, the more you will train your body to sleep longer. Increase physical activity, and you will train yourself to be more active and sleep less. Hard to be sleepy when your heart is pumping faster.
