While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Smoking cigarettes is known to have a terrible effect on your skin. Cigarettes are full of poisons that will cause terrible things to happen to your body, your face included. Wrinkles are also a part of smoking.

It doesn't usually affect acne, but it does deprive you skin of needed oxygen to help it stay young looking. This means you will get wrinkles sooner than you should.
Smoking is the second worst thing you can do for your skin, the first is the sun.

No...but it WILL give you really ugly wrinkles all around your lips when you are 40.
Not to mention a chronic cough, excess mucous in your throat, emphysema and lung cancer.
