to get rid of the razor burns, use almond oil.. i dont know why nobody ever thinks of it!! it works rly well. Thats what pregnant ladies use to put on their stomach skin when it stretches so they dont get marks, but all it rly does is moisturize A LOT and thats what u need... its true that waxing is better but going to an estetician is expensive and doing it at home, well is lets say sticky?? i never managed to do it proprely on myself without getting some all over the place loll:P and nair, NEVER USE IT... my friend used it for her underarms and since then she has black marks...:S so only shave when needed like not more than once a week or if its summer time and u wear ur bikini all the time or smth, just shave the part that u see and put tons of shaving gel and afterwards put almond oil and moisturizer... i know it seems like a lot but thats the only way to minimize the razor burns effect...
hope this helps:)

Girl STOP SHAVING!!! Y do u shave down there in the first place. Just keep it nice and trimmed. If ur using the same razor too many times that can cause razor burn. Or if u keep it in the shower where there's water getting on it all the time, that causes bacteria to grow too. So just STOP!!!!!!!!!

i have the same problem... it hurts... and ive tried waxing and nair and veet... and the truth is... my skin reacts to all of them... so i just stick with shaving... i found that if you use conditioner instead of shaving cream that works well... but first while you are in the shower or whatever.... exfoliate with a lufa.... then shave (using conditioner) then what i bought.. and at least reduces the razor burn and bumps is sally hanson Zero Bumps (you can buy it at Jewel or Albertsons) it comes in a small blue container (actually it is packaged in a box) and so once you are done shaving... just use as many little pads as it takes to wipe the whole area you shaved... and used them like up to 4 times a day.... it works pretty well...although i still get a small rash... .

good luck

Hi there. You sound like you have very sensitive skin so a depilatory like Nair could make things worse. What might help is using a new blade, a shaving gel, shave with the grain and not against and use a petroleum based ointment (even Neosporin could work better). Shave everyday to condition your skin and after 10 days or so, things should improve.Aloe vera is irritating for some.Have a great weekend

The bikini area is real sensitive so if you're getting bumps, then stop using a razor. I use nair because all I do is apply the lotion, let it sit for 5 no more than 10 minutes, wipe it off with the cloth, and it's done. Or veet is good too.

aveeno has this great shaving cream that prevents razor bumps it works really well!

also you might want to put on some non fragranced lotion after you get out of the shower so it can calm your skin.

Yes...I would stop shaving down there for awhile and hope that things clear up.Then go to your doctor and tell him or her what is going on, also do not put any shower gel or fragerent gles or lotions on it because that is what may be causing the red rash. Good Luck...just remember do not mess with it to much
