I need it to be http download, and I need it to be able to convert from .flv format to any other reasonably popular video format. I'd also prefer one that can extract audio from video. It needs to work for Windows XP, and I'd prefer on non command line based one, although command based would be ok, if there is a good explanation thing on the site. Thanks!

you can try "c/net" it has alot of free programs like that
just enter video converter into the search.
