this is a legitimate question. As a nurse I can tell you some cannot reach this area because of their size. I know of one person whom had one of those barbecue mops that he used to reach there. Some simply don't wipe. It's a fact.

They grab the closest skinny little twit and use them to wipe themselves. I hear they are GREAT at getting in the crevices
