I have a problem, I've been drinking coconut water recently, and I gained 5 lbs! why would this be happening? I'm 5'10'', 120 lbs(now), and I'm gaining weight, even when I'm working out a lot. Help? Please!

First off, for your height, you're underweight. How could you want to be skinnier? And I don't mean thinner, I mean skinnier. You're too skinny now. Anyway, you're drinking a lot of liquids. Liquids can bloat. Second, coconut is nothing but fiber and sugar. Coconut is very fattening in that way. I don't know where you ever heard of drinking coconut water as a diet plan, but it's not a very good one.

NO, its a dieuretic and makes you lose water weight, eventually dehydrating you - Didnt you watch that 'Island' movie with Tom Hanks?
