VLCD=Very Low Calorie Diet. I only want to be skinny because I have really big "melons" (DD) and big calve muscles, which I hate. Or how about eating 1 meal a day? And don't say your metabolism will slow down, because my metabolism is already so slow. And I would never have any unnecessary surgery.

You want to be skinny...
You can start by taking your weight, divide by 6.
Example...you weight 180 divided by 6(meals of protein only)
= 30 grams of protein x 6 meals divided on a 24 hour period...means you eat every 3 hours, 30grams of protein(meat, chicken, etc...) Add oatmeal to allow you to fill full.

You eat at 7 am in the morning, then at 10 am, then at 1 pm, then at 4 pm then at 7 pm and last at 10 pm.= 6 meals and 180 grams of protein. Exercise if you want...

Watch your weight go down after a week.

ok look, age plays a big role in this. at a certain age you are suppose to take in certain amounts of calories. enough to give you energy and not make you pass out. eating one meal a day, i will not recommend; instead try eating slow and steady. dont eat large portions, eat small portions, you'll get full better. also drink water, not too much because there is something called water weight. but yea do your daily exercise and eat low fat foods. thats about it, oh and to have a skinny figure, umm its better if you go with the tone look. cause i love me some DDs!!!!!

If you do that you will lose weight but when you start to eat you will gain it all back and more. Depriving your body of calories actually teaches your body to use less fuel so what you start to eat it needs less to function and ends up using the excess to make more fat.

VLCD...very low CARB diets also work and VHFD...very high fibre diets are great...look at this high fibre diet plan

going below 1500 a day is dangerous. its the equivalent of starving yourself, so you will lose weight, but once you eat, itll all come back (with a vengance)
