There is the shower head, though that is a bit wasteful of clean, hot water. I am told it is very nice. If you ever run a bath, you might use that or the faucet. Some women use pillows, others use their fingers or the palm of their hand. You might try clenching and relaxing your thighs--I was told by one young lady that was a method she enjoyed in church, because people assumed her flushed expression was from her passion at the preacher's sermon--and it was such a great way to relieve boredom.

Then of course there are lots of toys. These should be cleaned regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Some toys vibrate. If you are environmentally conscious, rechargable batteries may be the way to go. Devices with electrical cords can sometimes be a bit of a nuissance, but are more reliable.

This will sound odd, but ... self-stimulation (for women) and oral sex (performed on men) are about the only two things I see in the porn I look at that are actually pretty realistic.
