Would it be hard to get a payday loan if you filed for bankruptcy and credit sucks? I filed for bankruptcy over a year ago--it was discharged...before i filed i was up to my next in payday loans==four different companies. Would that affect me now for getting a payday loan? I suppose if i didnt go through the same companys as i did before like moneytree for instance i would be okay....what do you think? I need a loan for 400 dollars.

sorry, but it sounds like you don't need to go to those kinds of companies anymore at all! You're really going to put yourself in a bind! One of the quickest ways to make money that you don't have to pay back is selling something on ebay......or maybe you could talk to a debt consolidation company. If you go to a payday company they'll charge you sixty dollars plus the four hundred and you'll only have about 2 weeks to pay it back. Perhaps you could get a part time job at least until you get back on your feet.......how about the temporary job service....you work and get paid the same day.

I think as long as you are breathing they will give you a high interest short term loan.

Since you have previously went through bankruptcy with 4 different payday loan lenders, you really should take a hard look at how you handle your finances.

I'm not trying to sound snide by saying that, but there does seem to be a pattern in using payday lenders. Plus, since you had recently filed bankruptcy, you cannot file again should you find yourself in the same spot.

Sometimes you might need cash for some emergencies before the payday actually arrives. If you do not have the money available with you, you can apply for a payday loan or check loan. You can get these loans very easily on the Internet without any credit check. You can use this money for any purpose. As soon as you apply for this loan, it will be credited into your checking account the same day. The only requirement for this type of a loan is a checking account and a regular source of income. Meeting these minimum criteria will entitle you to getting a credit of $1000 or more.

This loan is meant for short-term use. It is designed to meet your financial obligations till you get your pay. Do not use it as a regular loan. As the bank charges very high fees for this loan as compared to the normal loan, use it only if you cannot get finance through any other means. If you go for this type of loans frequently or if you keep on postponing the repayment, you will be drained financially. Use this loan only as a last resort.

Did you pay back those payday places? They may share info with other similar lenders. Personally, I would not suggest going that route again, you have done that previously, and look where you have wound up. Even if that had not happened, I view payday lenders as predatory lenders, they make it very easy but charge outrageous rates, which even furthers the cycle of debt. Ask family, friends, etc for the funds, work out some type of arrangement. Unless your life depends on it, don't do it.

Not too hard but you'll pay dearly in interest. Why not try Prosper.com? You'll get a better rate and you'll get three years to pay it off.
