First of all, you didn't screw up. Whatever you did , was done for a reason. Anything that it could possibly consist of will come and go in your life. Your family and yourself is the only thing that is irraplaceable. Men and friends..will come and go...don't blame yourself for being human..good luck friend

Make it very clear you want to make amends (but don't push past your sexual comfort zone).
