Theres this girl that I work with who I like. I am really shy with girls and I haven't talked to her or anything yet. I want to get to know her but I feel to afraid to even talk to her. I've noticed that she is kinda quiet herself and I've been told that she's really nice but I keep getting this feeling that she doesn't like me, or she thinks im obnoxuious even though she doesn't know me, or that she thinks im not good enough for her. I want to talk to her and get to know her but im scared she might try to avoid me or something.
How can I overcome my fear?? Whats the best way to get to know her??

during a break at work offer to buy her a soda or something. If she is interested in you she will except for the chance to talk to you.

You can't tell if she likes you or not by just looking at her from a distance, go up to her and talk to her. Sometimes the way people act during their first encounter with someone is not always accurate, if you are attracted to someone you might possibly act nervous or extra quiet when usually you are not that way. You have to find out for yourself if she really does think you are cute and what not. Give it a try and start a conversation with her. Good luck! I know you can do it.

To overcome your fear you just have to put into your head that you are the stuff no matter what she thinks. You have to think that all you can do is talk to her and if she doesn't like you then it's her lost. To motivate yourself just think of how lonely you will be if you don't talk. If you don't talk it's a 100% rejection.

Don't be a chicken at this stage of your life. It is time for you to grab the bull by the horn, and get out there and do something for yourself. If you let your shyness take over, you will never get anywhere. Take the first step. Even if you get rejected, at least you tried. Look at it as practice for the next one that catches your eye.

well, take the risk buddy. if u really want to get to know her, go for it. no guts, no glory. u wouldn't know until u try. try asking yourself "would i regret it if i haven't ask her out?" or " what would've happened if i did ask her out?"
and with regards of her that u feel she doesn't like u, how'd u know?maybe she does.
all this would just remain "maybe's" if u wouldn't try.

take the risk i did and i a girl but i did girls hate asking and it would suck if she found another guy and you'd have to sufer hope it ok

you could e-mail her first. See her reaction to that. Then,
if she is receptive, ask her for coffee. Then take it from there.
