Inserts are the new thing, but they don't always help.
To be perfectly honest, there is no common CURE for this just yet. Fact is, all new shoes are going to give you a hard time. You'll have to endure such things and wear them in a bit before they start becoming comfortable.
My advice -- Don't buy shoes that you KNOW are going to give you trouble ALWAYS. Try to buy QUALITY shoes. Sometimes the price is worth it.
I recently bought a pair of nice heals made of brazillian leather. Wow. They were a little iffy at first but they didn't give me bad blisters like other shoes did. Find the right shoe, find yourself with LESS blisters. Good luck!!

even as procuring new shoes slowly start up to break them in, so do not unexpectedly start up wearing all of them the time because it really is what provides you blisters. enable's say placed on the shoes for some hours, then take them off and placed on yet another pair and proceed to do the trend till the shoes start up to experience more advantageous gentle. yet another tip is to apply a bandaid/plaster. even if the finest approach is to grant it time.

Band-Aid has a product now called "Blister Blockers". You put them on the area that you get blisters and it's not just a band-aid, it actually provides a cushion. It's great if you already have a blister too, just put a little (seriously, just a little) bit of neosporin or polysporin on your blister. It keeps a little air pocket in there too, so your wound breathes and it sucks out any yucky things under your skin.

Put a band aid on the targeted spot.
Usually the shoe will take time to mould into your foot shape.
Just keep wearing them with band aids on the blisters.

buy shoes that fit.

shoes that fit don't give you blisters. "the right size" is different for each manufacturer.

You didn't say where you're blisters are forming.

Obviously you are not "Gellin'"

Try some Dr. Scholls comfort gel inserts and then just maybe you and a group of friends can have a Gellin' talk.

and you'd be Gellin' and not one of those who are not Gellin'
