Well he may have a stomach virus, or he could have an ear infection. You can have both vomiting along w/ not sleeping and irritability and have an ear infection. How is he acting during the day? Make sure he stays hydrated w/ the vomiting. Offer small amounts of clear fuids like water or pedialyte for now. Don't worry about appetite right now. That will get better as he gets better. Watch his wet diapers. Make sure he has at least one every 8 hours.

for how long?? If more than a day you should take him in. Sounds like hes pretty miserable, sounds like you are to. Maybe its nothing maybe its an ear infection or the flu or a virus but wouldnt it be better to go and know, than not to know and worry.

Maybe he has a stomach virus. Eventhough he is vomiting, make sure he gets lots of fluids. If it persists please call a pediatrician
