Because their imaginary daddy in the sky would be very upset if they used logic and reason.

The bible is the book that we base our faith on. It's really the only book of the Christian faith that is out there. Now, granted, I do not believe it is perfect, but for now, until God says otherwise or produces something else, that is all I have. As I said, I don't think it is perfect. I think that the revelation of God is perfect only in Christ. When I am asked something about my faith, then I can only back up why I think one way or another by the book that I got it from. Though someone may not agree with me, that is where I get it from so I will use that as an answer. However, it's not my only way to answer something. I do give my opinions and I give why I think about things that may or may not ever be in scripture (things about teaching creationism in school or evolution. Things are prayer in schools. Teaching sex educationin classrooms. These aren't found in scripture, but I will weigh the sides and come up with my own thoughts about the subject)

I don't assume or expect everyone to have a Bible, but in the United States, the majority of families do have one. I know pagans that have a Bible simply because they were raised as a Christian and still happen to have their Bibles from childhood. Also, there are free editions online, so technically, everyone on here can get to one because they are online.

You do not get to God by applying the scientific method. This means there is no logic, reason, or observation.

Does God exist? We will use the concept of God as presented in the bible. God is spirit. God existed before He created all that we can observe. This means that God is observable and unobservable. So to use logic, reason, and observation, we would have to observe the unobservable.

Just a note: Does God exists is not answered it the bible, it is assumed.

Christians have bibles because that is the only way for them to know God's word as spoken through the prophets. We know God by his words. This comes to us from Judaism, and it is not true for other religion.

i'm sorry yet technology isn't meant to settle for something that can not be proved. If an test in a lab can not practice a similar consequences on repeated tries, then the unique hypothesis is defective. technology has on no account been waiting to offer any "evidence" that out of an extremely violent explosion, that an exceedingly complicated, orderly and noticeably prepared universe got here into being. whilst they dropped the atomic bomb on Japan, did a clean universe with a clean photograph voltaic gadget and a clean inhabitants of animals, human beings, birds, bugs, and so on. get formed? technology itself is powerful and extremely useful in many strategies yet there are particular human beings interior it that sell purely their own perspectives - theories that can not be scientifically shown concerning to the creation of the universe and mankind. i do no longer understand approximately you, yet I "had" to take technology classes in the time of user-friendly and secondary college. I did relish a number of them and discovered some very useful issues. I "had" to "agree" with the theories that have been provided to me if i had to get stable marks. i did no longer have ANY faith training provided, whilst an option, to me. i think of it may be stable for absolutely everyone to income distinctive non secular texts, no longer purely one so as which you will analyze them fairly than only blindly settle for what you're informed. The Bible is a superb set of writings that have by way of the a while enthralled and stimulated even the countless international's only right scientists. Christians choose you to envision the Bible interior the wish which you will settle for God's Son's loose present of eternal life.

Christians use the Bible as a guide. If you have read it you would know there is plenty of logic and reason in it. But, there will never be enough for you, it takes faith to believe, your not interested in faith, your interested only in what can be proven and you will never have enough proof.

Well, God speaks to us through his word, therefore we go to that for the answers. The bible is God breathed. It also states in Matthew that we are to make disciples of all. So we will pass out bibles in the hope that people will read it and come to know Christ.

would you understand that any better?
logic says that for a life to come into existence it has to have a beginning.
reason says that science has to have a life of some kind to be able to create a clone.
observation says that there has never been life by non conception.
when science can create life from an inanimate object, then and only then will any other possibility be considered.
