The Christian religion followed the Jewish religion and uses a great amount of its beliefs. The Muslim religion was formed more than six hunfred years after Christianity, and uses many of the Christian and Jewish beliefs.
Each new religion copies from the religions that came before. What you're suggesting is that beliefs should be copied from those who came after ( at a later date ). It just isn't done that way. That's like saying, " Wait a while, this new guy is a great prophet ".

First of all... find out what tolertant means.... its accepting what is wrong for the sake of peace. America is very tolerant of many things, they tolerate homosexuality, they tolerate bad language and sexually explicit shows on tv, they are tolerant of the pornography business, the violent lyrics of the music industry. They tolerated the slavery in the south for a while, they tolerated hitler, they tolerate the fact that the muslim nations want to kill them. Tolerate means you are willing to also accept what is evil and turn your head away from the reality of the damage it causes. The message of Jesus is the same. Jesus does not want us to murder, steal, hate people, get drunk, etc. His commandments are good for us. So make sure you do some research. Find out by researching for yourself how many verses there are regarding jihad in the muslim scriptures, how many people have blown themselves up killing others for allah in the past year and which religion has the most terrorists. Find out what the quran says about befriending Jews too. Then rethink what you said about toleration.

why should they be to tell the truth the tolerant of ignorance thing is a bit weak and drawn out . I find it immoral to tolerate the three responsible people will admonish the sinner and in this case the ignorant for the sake of the greater good .
remember tolerance was the precursor that helped set the stage for Nazism. 90% of the USA liked Hitler and if he hadn't made war on the US we probably would not have entered the war . Tolerance is sometimes the look the other way attitude that makes evil pernicious

In the spread of Islam, many people were killed including Jews and Christians.
The prophets you speak of come from the Jews and the Christians. From Moses to Jesus. You will find them reference in the Qur'an.
How many Muslim country tolerate non Muslims? In the US, Muslims may not be liked because of the current conflict, but they are tolerated, free to belief in their prophet.

You're calling Muslims tolerant?? ha,ha,ha,ha...
Why would Christians or Jews believe in a Muslim prophet? Christians and Jews believe in God. Christians believe in the Triune God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit).

There's a big difference between "tolerance" and "acceptance," the latter of which being what you're attempting to define. Except for some of the more radical sects, most religions are "tolerant" enough to allow others to practice their beliefs (ie, not killing them), but without "accepting" their beliefs as truth. When people start talking about "tolerance," what they're seeking is to be left alone without any disagreement or consequences for their beliefs. I can tolerate Muslims being in this world, living, working, raising families… but I am not accepting of their beliefs. And quite frankly, they're not accepting of mine, either. Saying that Jesus existed is not the same as believing in His sovereignty as the King of Kings, the Son of God, and the Son of Man. They want to kill everyone who disagrees with their beliefs. I want them to accept Jesus as their only true Savior. I believe that's called a "Mexican standoff."

Um, Muslims don't believe in Jesus as the Son of God. Muslims don't believe Isaac received Abraham's blessings.
And furthermore, tolerance doesn't mean agreement. If it were, by your logic, Jews and Christians wouldn't exist, nor atheist, nor agnostic, nor Hindu, the list goes on.

so tolerance is reducing people to a Dihimi status?
I would rather the someone be more tolerant of me as a person than my beliefs.
In any western country people are free to practice any religion they wish without being reduced to second class citizenship. Their are very few Muslim countries that can say the same.

i'd say both Catholics or Jews... likely Jews, in spite of the undeniable fact that that's a toughie. There are always those iffy liberal Protestants who're laid-back and could nevertheless be your buddy. Muslims inspite of the actuality that... Nah, i do not imagine so...

Weel could it be that Islam calls for the murder of those that do not convert to Islam?
Let me ask you this question? Based on God's Holy Law the 10 Commandments, what will save you?
Are you a good person? What a question, most of us believe that we are good people because we can look around and find someone that is far worse than we are. We can always point to the things that we think make us a good person.
But how good are we really? Dare we take this test and look at ourselves and see if we really are good? Hmmm.
If you are willing try this and see just how good a person you are.
The Good Person Test.
How will you do? Pass or fail?
Have you ever told a lie?
Doesn't matter how big or small, just a lie.
What does that make you? Before answering think about this, if I told you a lie what would you call me? A liar?
Have you ever stolen anything? Cost doesn't matter, a piece of gum, failed to give back an ink pen that you borrowed, anything.
What does that make you?
Jesus said, "You know the saying of old, you shall not commit adultery but I say that if look at someone to lust after them you have committed adultery in your heart.
Have you ever lusted?
Jesus said that hate is equal to murder.
Have you ever hated anyone?
See one day we all are going to stand before a Holy God on Judgment Day and he is going to judge us based on His Holy Law, the Ten Commandments. These are just 4 of them and how did you do? Guilty? I have broken all of these and more, what about you? How well will you do on Judgment Day?
If we break just one point of God's Law we are guilty of breaking all the law and Gods Wrath abides upon us all. Based on God's Law we are all guilty and all are deserving of punishment. But there is an out for us.
Jesus paid the price for each one of us, took on himself God's Wrath so we wouldn't have to face it on our own. Jesus was beaten, battered, bleed and died so we wouldn't have to face God's Wrath. He rose again so that we would life in his presence. Our crimes, His payment.
The real question is where will you stand on Judgment Day. Pay yourself or have it paid for you. Think about it.
