This guy is too shy..why he is so shy?i don't get it?This guy i like is from my mum woking place.There is time when i started a conversation with him in the phone because he wanted to talk to me.my mum is just beside this guy.she is still working at that time when she is calling me asking me about something but he started wanting a conversation with me so i decided to talk to him because he wanted to chat with me from the past 5 months and i keep on rejecting him because i'm scare.My mum say that he's face turn red and walk away.Why he is so shy.He wanted to chat with me but why he is so shy to speak up?

Try to find out what he likes and chat with him over this topic, eg, he likes certain sports, nature, cars, books etc. If u have a common topic which both of u can chat together, it will help to strike up a conversation, visiting places that both of u like will help too. That will definitely a step towards bringing him out of his shyness.

The only one question you have to ask yourself is this!! Do you like him? Do you want to talk to him? Do you want this relationship to start and slowly mature. If the answer is YES to all these questions, girl, you move in.. Talk to him, make him feel good, meet him, and slowly get this friendship move forward.
As for you being scared of your mom.. don't. Talk to her and she may understand
