I got some money from a school, but I haven't heard from them yet. But since I got the money, does that mean I got accepted?

Sorry, no. Admission and Financial Aid are two distinctly different sets of qualifications.

Admission gets you in, Financial Aid helps you pay for it.

Sit tight, you'll probably get a nice email this week telling you that you've been accepted.

Good luck!

When I got my money from FASFA I was accepted at the college I am going to right now. I don't think they disburse funds unless you are accepted. I would check with the school and find out for sure.

If you are receiving financial aid documents from the school that you hope to be attending, then you probably are accepted.
