Cut out all grains completely (including corn). There is no need to eat that crud. Fruit and vegetables are much better.

What is your calorie intake? I dont think low carb diets work the best in the long run.
Anyways it might take more than a week.

It is important to measure yourself everywhere and then do it again in a month. If you don't see a difference on the scale, you will see a drop in inches if you are following the diet. I did not start losing very much for two months, but somehow I dropped inches. Just try not to cheat. You have to be consistent on this diet for it to work. Be sure to drink lots of water. Best wishes!

Your blood type dictates what type of diet to be on. Low carb dieters should have a blood type of 'o'. High carb dieters should have a blood type of 'a'. Both carbs and protien diets should have a blood type of 'ab', and 'b' blood types can eat alot of carbs from grains.

If you have been substituting fats for carbs, this could be the problem. Also cutting down on carbs slows your metabolism.

Maybe you should wait for another week, if it doesn't work, try another diet.Maybe low carb doesn't work for you.

the fist week you won't see resault the next you should. However are you following the induction phase? You have to go through that phase first.
