I started developing some itchy red spots about 9-10 days ago and they are really annoying me. About 3 days ago I started coming down with a really sore throat, then a runny nose the next day and my throat is not as bad. Do you think my spots and the flu symptoms are connected? I think it could have something to do with stress, but I'm not sure. I changed shampoo, but i changed back and they haven't gone away.

You may have measles or Chicken Pox - even if you were immunized, call your Dr for advice on treatment but don't go in you are probably highly contagious.

Honey, do you have chicken pox? If so, don't scratch it, (as hard as it may seem) it can lead to severe scarring. Get Medical attention before it worsens.

maybe chicken pox?.. they say it has a more severe effect on adults
