Absolutely. It is both people's fault if they use the "rhythm method" which is total BS and only about 50% reliable anyway. If a girl is dumb enough to have unprotected sex with a guy and is not on another form of birth control, it is just as much her fault as the guy's.

They are BOTH to blame. Even if he "pulls out" there is pre-*** so just b/c he doesn't "shoot" doesnt mean that even a little bit of semen didn't come out.
BOTH people have to do their parts to not only protect unwanted pregnancy but to also protect against STDs. Is it just me or is it that people are more concerned about not getting pregnant than about possible STDs you can get w/ or w/o protection like herpes.
Back to the topic. There should be plan A and B. Neither birth control or condoms are 100% effective but the use of both at the same time is a good idea.
And if you are a guy please do not take a girl's word for it that she is on birth control. Like I said birth control isn't 100% effective and some women are crazy and will try to trap you; either a crazy 1 night stand or some woman that won't allow you to leave her.
Don't allow her to hold your life in her hands and then complain later even though you could've worn protection to prevent it. Because if she wants the baby and you don't it doesn't matter and you're going to have to take care of it.

If you have unprotected sex, and you get pregnant... wiether you were using the "pull-out" method or not, it's both person's involved. Everyone knows that there is no 100% sure way Not to get pregnant. The only true way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence. They drilled that into your head in school. But to answer your question, it would be both... male and female... takes two to tango

My gosh birth control is so easy to get, this type of method is ridiculous, its both the male and females responsibility. Believe me the court will hold you responsible whatever you think, and you will pay child support for 18 or more years. YOu need to protect yourself and don't bring unwanted children into the world. Unless you are going to put the baby up for adoption.

Yes it's certainly both consenting persons fault !
Anyone who thinks other wise is really not thinking responsible. Well it is not responsible to have UN perfected sex any way.

Especially because even if the guy pulls out in time, enough semen comes out prior to the actual orgasm for her to get pregnant. Coitus Interruptus isn't a good method at all.

if both of their faults
they chose not to use a condom
or any other birthcontrol methods
she can't just blame the guy cuz he didn't pull out
she shoulda uses female birthcontrol and the guy use a condom
more over she shoulda not spread her legs til she was married

I think that if both are adults then both are responsible now it comes down to who is more responsible and I think that the male is so much more responsible than the female because if you think about he has the final say if you two aren't using condoms. He will ejaculate and it's soley up to him where he does it at and he should be thinking of whether or not he is ready for all of that.

If the deal was that he has too pull out, The fault is on him, and the mistake for trusting the guy is on her. If you say ur gonna pull out, then pull out!
