You will need the title to read as ownership is in the trust. Cannot be titled in an individuals name.

Then you as an executor can sign the title and list your title below as the Executor of Trust of so and so.

Whose name is it under. If it is under yours only then you can sell it family trust or not. If it was family trust then there would be other names on the car title besides yours.

no ,all you have to do is sign and date the back of it and make sure its filled out right,and that's it,once its signed it releases the original owner of any responsibility on the vehicle,its a pretty simple process.good luck hope this helps.
