Me? I'm the gentle wind whispering adventurously in the tops of the tall mountain pines. I'm the sond birds twittering gayly in the meadows on a cool autumn day.

I would not describe myself unless the person without sight (PC for a person who is blind) asked what I looked like. It would be rude and a negatively way of making the person feel less than adequate if you voluntarily gave your description.
Instead say hello and start a simple conversation.
If I were asked I would say I am X high with X eyes and X hair. Simple is best.

My sister-in-law is blind, and she's never asked. She's been blind since birth, so describing using colors wouldn't work.

You can't really describe yourself, let them feel your face,
they have a better feeling perception. Just tell them the colour
of your eyes and hair. They can tell the rest with touch.

To describe my personal appearance I would hand them pudding. Then a napkin. To describe my personality, I would hand them Cheetos.
