It was my 18 birthday the day that I moved in with my 23 year old boyfriend. He is now my husband and has been for almost 6 years. We are very happy being together even after 6 years of marriage and 2 children. It all depends on how committed you are to one another and how well you two get along. Personally I would wait until she is 18. I know you are thinking it is too long of a wait but if you can make it until she is 18 you can definetly make it through anything. Not only that it may save some hard feelings with her family. Good Luck!!

Okay, Unless either of your parents are bill gates or someone that makes a suitable amount of money to take care of you guys, then what in the hell are you thinking? even if you guys did have the money,She's fricken 14 years old, probably not even in high school yet, most 14 year olds aren't even mature enough to know how to do their own laundry nevertheless move in with a guy that they "think" they're in love with and have a serious relationship, if you two do move in, within weeks she'll either end up tired with you, pregnant, or a drop out..wait till she's at least 18 and you're at least 21. then you both will have a little more common sense to get into a serious relationship and start thinking about moving in.

I think it's great that you realize that it shouldn't be for a while. I wouldn't worry about it too much now, because realistically you guys are going to change a LOT in even 3 years, and frankly most 16 YO's relationships end long before they hit 19.
Not to be too negative though. :)
To answer your question directly, I'd say you're old enough when you're both over 18 and can afford it.

I wouldn't even think about moving in with her until you have a good full-time job and so does she. When it happens and you have all the stuff you need to move out (like furniture, kitchen stuff) make sure you both split things 50/50. Instead, maybe you should think about when your ready to move out on your own. If you only plan on doing it when your girlfriend can move out, then you might be waiting awhile, especially if her parents disagree to her moving out before she's 18 and/or goes onto school.

don't jump the gun you should wait until you both are old enough to work and have finished school. if you move in to gather to soon you will regret it the rest of your life. there is allot you do not know about renting a house or an app, money is a real problem if you don't finish school first. get a good ed, before you move in with any one so you can support her. make a good choice wait!!!

When you are both mature enough to cope with a live-in relationship and any problems, and you can support yourselves financially. You seem awfully young to be considering settling down with anyone, don't you want to play the field a little first? The responsibility of working and living with someone can make life awful dull sometimes.

You should wait until you are both LEGALLY able to sign a lease which would mean you are both over 18. Honestly, I think that even that is too young to move in together.

When you have both finished school and know what you wanna do with your lives. Dont rush into anything too soon. Make sure you are both established with money and everything that comes along with it.
